Kristin from I Do Originals discovered my blog the other day- and I am so glad she did! It gives me the chance to write about her adorable little company that does custom aisle runners, parasols and other things to personalize your wedding! WIRED RECAP
Well, there I am on stage telling almost 3000 brides why they need to hire someone to help them plan their day! The Wired 96.5 Bridal Show was yesterday. It was a very interesting experience. It was a chaotic day, with brides from all over the Philly area. Everyone had a great time- especially the brides who got to dance with the "hunks"! Congratulations to the bride who won the wedding! I can't wait to start helping her plan her perfect- and free- wedding!
A BEAUTIFUL DAY: MEGAN AND SAM
Saturday was a PERFECT day for Megan and Sam!! The weather was beautiful and their wedding was so personal and touching! These are just a few of my quick shots. I will post some pro shots when I have them. The garden at the Colonial Dames was a beautiful spot- who knew such a quiet and pretty garden could be plopped right in the middle of center city Philadelphia! Adriana is absolutely one of the most pleasant and wonderful people to work with. Beautiful Blooms did an amazing job with the florals and the table decor. Frog Commissary did an equally wonderful job with the food. The staff was professional and pleasant. The day went off without a hitch- the only way it could have for these two wonderful people and their families and friends!! I enjoyed this wedding so much! Thanks to Megan and Sam for letting me help make their day so special! they are off to Argentina for 3 weeks- WOW!

"GOOD AFTERNOON LADIES...
...and welcome to the Wired 96.5 Bridal Show!" Ok- now what do I say?! I have been thinking about what to say to 3000 brides about me and what I do. I even asked you all to help me. But, alas, no one has asked! So, I guess I will start with Brideblog- Advice from a Recent Bride and her advice on hiring someone like me- oh wait, there is no one else like me. Maybe that is where I should start! She says, " hire a coordinator". And, she isn't the only one. If I look back in my archives, I have been told by many a bride that it was the best thing they did or the worst thing they didn't do. Of course, I have to tell my captive audience about what the catering manager won't do and how many details come up the last few weeks and... I have 25 minutes to fill!! I better come up with some other pointers. anyone can still chime in. You have until the 18th to give me your questions! I'm waiting!!!

ON THE AIR!
Today I heard it for the first time on the radio- "Wendy's Affairs of Heart"!! Here it is on the Wired web site. My logo as part of this bridal show I am a part of on April 20. It was so much fun to listen to the radio and have them thank me on the air for being a sponsor of this event. Hope to see all of you Philadelphia brides and answer your questions! I am very excited about some of the people that will be there with me. See you there!
